 Role & Responsibilities:

Serve as Financial Analyst to review bills and invoices

Ensure adherence to financial processes and quality standards

Maintain records and update logs like escalation log and complaint tracker

Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues

Ensure data security and confidentiality of customer information

Participate in motivational activities and apply feedback from monitoring sessions

Fresh graduates in finance domain

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Professional telephone etiquette

Good accounting knowledge
